Q: "save as Canvas.C"

When I add an axis title to the graph.C example and I save the whole
picture via "save as canvas.C" everything appears in the produced code,
but it lacks the axis title ? Is there some kind of update command that
makes the canvas realizing the new axis title, which has to be called
before the "save as" command ?
