The h2root conversion is useful, but I'm lacking the reverse:

I would like to use root for data analysis, but many of my
colleagues are hard-core fortran programmers and paw/hbook users.
If I want to share my analysis with them, it should be in hbook
format. So a conversion from root to hbook would be very welcome.
Probably more people would like to have it (reactions please !)...
Since you have already figured out the hbook internal structure,
it should be very easy for you to write this reverse conversion.
