The Blitz++ project looks really very nice ( expecially the speed ).
They say "A limited version of the Blitz++ Library is now in alpha."
Once I asked the main author <mailto:tveldhui@monet.uwaterloo.ca.>
some questions ( including what will the source code policy be and
why do they "promote" KAI C++ compiler ), but I got no answer.
Note that they do not provide the source code on their web page.
I think you might ask him once more explicitely and if you get an answer
try it ( or not ) ...
