I am suspecting a mismatch in your $PATH, $LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
I have no problems with this version.
I would suggest that this kind of mail should not be sent
to this list, but to rootdev@hpsalo.cern.ch.
We would like to restrict roottalk to subjects of general interest
