From March 31, 2024, the RCNP Google Workspace Gmail is RCNP's sole email service.

Account for RCNP Gmail

RCNP Google Workspace account (NOT an RCNP computer account) is necessary to use the RCNP Gmail.
It can be requested via the application form (RCNP computer acct./pw. required).

Using Gmail via web UI

1. Access https://mail.google.com/.
2. Login with your RCNP Google Workspace account and password.

Using Gmail via email clients (Outlook, Apple mail, etc)

To add Gmail to another email client:

1. On your device, open the client.
2. Look for an option to "Sign in with Google."

If you need help setting up Gmail in the email client, reach out to the developer of the client software by yourself.
(NOTE: For PCs, Google recommends using the latest versions of Microsoft Outlook & Apple Mail.)
