This is the final circular of the international symposium on “High-resolution Spectroscopy and Tensor interactions” (HST15), to be held from November 16th to 19th, 2015 at Osaka University Nakanoshima Center (ONC).

Social Program
Symposium Banquet
The symposium banquet will be held on Wednesday, November 18 from 7:00PM at Dojima Hotel, about 10-minute walk from ONC.
Informal Party
An informal party for Prof. Yoshi Fujita will be held on Monday, November 16 from 6:00PM at Salon de L'amical on the 9th floor of ONC.
RCNP Facility Tour
Since we have received request on possibility to visit the RCNP Cyclotron Facility, we are considering making such arrangement as the following:
- November 15 (Sunday) 13:00—15:30
- November 20 (Friday) 9:30—12:00

Online Registration
The deadline for the online registration is Wednesday, November 11. Please register through our web site at

Onsite Registration
An onsite registration desk will be open at 8:30AM on Monday, November 16, 30 minutes before the first session starts. Please pick up your name card and a program booklet etc. at the registration desk. The registration/banquet fees described below are to be paid in cash at the registration desk. No checks or credit cards will be accepted.
The registration desk will also be open during the following coffee/lunch breaks. Please visit the registration desk at your earliest convenience for the payment, if not in the morning on Monday.
Registration Fee & Banquet Fee
The registration fee for the symposium is 4,000 JPY. Student participants without any financial support from the symposium organizers are exempt from the registration fee. The registration fee provides full participation in the symposium including symposium materials and refreshments, but it does not include any meals or accommodation.
All the participants who attend the symposium banquet is requested to pay a banquet fee of 6,000 JPY, in addition to the aforementioned registration fee. The fee for an accompanied person is also 6,000 JPY. Please kindly let us know in advance if you plan to bring someone to the banquet.
A fee of 7,000 JPY will also be collected at the registration desk from the participants of the informal party.
Presentation files and proceedings
We will collect your presentation file after your talk and upload it to our web site; you may edit or omit slide(s) before submitting your final version. No proceedings are to be published for this symposium. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
