Registration Fee & Banquet Fee
The registration fee for the symposium is ¥4,000 JPY. Student participants are exempt from the registration fee. The registration fee provides full participation in the symposium including symposium materials and refreshments, but it does not include any meals or accommodation.
All the participants who attend the symposium banquet is requested to pay a banquet fee of ¥6,000 JPY, in addition to the aforementioned registration fee. The fee for an accompanied person is also ¥6,000 JPY. Please kindly let us know in advance if you plan to bring someone to the banquet.
A fee of ¥7,000 JPY will also be collected at the registration desk from the participants of the informal party.
