0. User registration

To use the LEPS/LEPS2 beamlines, you must have a User ID at SPring-8 AND be registered as a radiological worker at SPring-8.

0. ユーザー登録

LEPS/LEPS2実験に参加するためには、SPring-8ユーザーIDの取得と、放射線業務従事者等の登録が必要です。

1. Getting a User ID

Visit SPring-8 UI site https://user.spring8.or.jp/. Check "SPring-8" for "Facility to be used". Then go to "User Registration".
Follow the instruction on the page.
When you have your SPring-8 ID, go to "Account Information" page and upload your face photo for your ID card.

1. ユーザーIDの取得

SPring-8 User Informationサイト https://user.spring8.or.jp/ に行き、「利用施設」でSPring-8を選択し、「新規ユーザー登録」に進む。
必要事項を入力し、登録する。
ユーザーID取得後、「アカウント情報」からユーザーカード写真をアップロードする。

2. Registration for Rad worker

Rad worker registration is required once in each Japanese fiscal year (April-March). The following process has to be completed at least 10 days before your arrival.

Visit RIKEN Harima Safety Center (https://harimariken01.spring8.or.jp/)
Click "new registration" to create your account on this registration system. (If you do not have your account)
login to "Personal page".
Go to "Radiation worker registration".
Go to "SPring-8/SACLA user".
Fill the form. Enter "2022B6102" for "Experimental proposal number".
Submit the form.
You can check your registration status at the personal page.
Take e-learning of the radiation worker training by following the e-mail instuction.

2. 放射線業務従事者の登録

年度毎に登録が必要です。来所10日前までに登録が完了するようにしてください。

理研播磨安全管理室のページ(https://harimariken01.spring8.or.jp/)へ行く。
(このシステムのアカウントをもっていない場合)新規登録へ進み、アカウントを取得する。
「個人ページログイン」へ進む。
「放射線業務従事者等登録手続き」へ進む。
「放射光利用ユーザー」へ進む。（外来研究員と常駐者リストの方は別途指示に従ってください。）
必要事項を入力する。実験課題番号には2022B6102を入力する。
提出する。
登録状況は「個人ページ」で確認できます。
放射線安全取扱講習（e-learning）の受講案内がメールで送られてくるので、指示に従い受講する。
