The registration fee is 40,000 yen for each participant (30,000 yen for each student), which includes the reception, the banquet and the conference proceedings. Early registration for which payment has to be made on/before Aug 31 affords you a reduced rate of 35,000 yen for each participant (25,000 yen for each student).Proactive Convention Co., Ltd. provides Online Registration/Reservation system where you can make hotel reservation also.
