Workshop Sites
The workshop will be held at SPring-8 except for the Morning session of the first day (July 20) which will be held at CAST. For transportations between SPring-8 and CAST, chartered bus will be provided before and after the morning session of the first day.
Participants staying at the CAST Hotel should use public bus service. The name of the bus stop for the CAST Hotel is "Kenritsudai Rigakubu".

Beware that July 19 is a national holiday and others are School holidays.

Bus stops at SPring-8
When you take a bus from Aioi station or CAST, there are three bus stops in the SPring-8 campus (see the map below).

Internet connections
Wireless and wired LAN connections are available in conference rooms. There are several terminals available in conference site. If you want to connect your PC to the internet in your room of the SPring-8 lodge, please bring an Ethernet cable. Your PC must be virus free.

SPring-8 Shop "Kirari"

Currency exchange, ATM

There is no foreign currency exchange office around SPring-8. You should change money at airport. You can withdraw cash in Japanese Yen at ATM at the Post Office in "Kouto Plaza" in the Harima Science Garden City, if you have a bank or credit card participating in international network (check the left sign). However, the post office is about 3 km far from the workshop site and the workshop is tightly scheduled. We recommend you to change money at airport or in a big city before arriving at the SPring-8 area.
