(2026FY) Annual Renewal of RCNP Computer & Network Account

2025年度のRCNP計算機・ネットワーク(CN)アカウントの有効期限は2026/4/30までです。2026年度も継続して利用される方は、必ず有効期限内に更新手続きを行って下さい。
Your FY2025 RCNP computer account is valid through 2026/4/30. If you want to continue using the RCNP computer and network system in FY2026, please make sure to renew before expiration.

※アカウント更新に不明な点がある場合、まずは貴方の受け入れ担当教職員（コンタクトパーソン）に相談してください。
※If you have any questions regarding your account renewal, please consult your host faculty member (contact person) first.

手順 / Procedures

1. ユーザー管理システムのUser Profile Maintenanceにログインする。
   Login to User Profile Maintenance in the user management system.
2. 【重要】「ユーザプロファイル」メニューを選び、登録情報を確認し、最新の情報に修正する。
   【IMPORTANT】Go to "User Profile" and update your information.
3. 登録情報の中の「有効期限」で2027-04-30を選択し、「保存」をクリックする。
   Choose "2027-04-30" for "Expiration date" section and click "SAVE".

年度更新手続きはこれで完了です。
登録された情報はコンタクトパーソン及び計算機室管理者が精査し、以下のようなアカウントは予告無く停止する場合があります。

• 利用資格がない。
• 有効なメールアドレスが登録されていない。
• 登録情報(所属、学年等)が正しく更新されていない。
• 適切なコンタクトパーソンが指定されていない。(RCNP常勤職員を除く)

Clicking "SAVE" will complete the annual renewal of your account immediately.
The contact person and the CN account administrator will review the registered information. We may suspend the account without notice when;

• It is not a qualified RCNP computer user.
• e-mail address is invalid.
• Your affiliation and grade (for students) are incorrect.
• A proper "contact person" is not assigned. (except for full-time emproyees of RCNP)
