Note on the usage of Super Computer(SX-ACE) of RCNP/CMC at Osaka university

(1) Application of an account
    https://www.rcnp.osaka-u.ac.jp/Divisions/CN/computer/super/apply.html

(2) Pathes to directories
    home:
    /sc/rcnp/home/rcnpXXXX

    work:
    /sc/rcnp/work/rcnpXXXX
    /sc/rcnp/work2/rcnpXXXX
    /sc/rcnp/work3/rcnpXXXX

    short:
    /sc/rcnp/short/rcnpXXXX

    work2 and work3 are kept for the users from SX-8/9, the previous SX system of RCNP.
    New users of SX-ACE should use work. (work2 and work3 are not created for new users of SX-ACE.)

    There are several other directories which have similar names.
    Please use the above ones.

(3) quota:
    home: about 100 GBytes
    For the time being, disk quota is not imposed on each person separately due to technical reasons.
    However, please be careful not to exceed 100 GBytes.
    As soon as the technical problems are solved, we will impose disk quota on each person separately.

(4) Initialization of password
    Visit the following URL and try "Password Initialization"
