Mattermost at RCNP

RCNPでは、RCNP内部のサーバーを用いてチャットツールMattermostのサービスを提供しています。
"Self-hosted" Mattermost is available at RCNP.

Mobile and Desktop Apps

You can connect to the Mattermost by using mobile and desktop apps, as well as by using web browsers.
You can download the mobile and desktop apps from https://mattermost.com/apps/.

Sign in to Mattermost

You will receive link to access Mattermost from your Mattermost Team Admin or through an email invitation. Once you have the Mattermost link, navigate to that URL in a web browser, the Desktop App, or the Mobile App, then enter your user credentials.
After signing in, the team that appears first on your team sidebar will open. If you have not joined a team, the Team Selection page opens where you can view a list of teams that you can join.

If you try to use Mattermost, but no team is inviting you, please contact us at consut@rcnp.osaka-u.ac.jp.

To create a team

Mattermost team is created by the CN Group. If you want to create a new team, please apply from the Application form.

Mattermostのチーム作成は計算機室が行います。新規チームの作成は、申請フォームから申請してください。

Migrating from Slack

Please ask us at consult@rcnp.osaka-u.ac.jp if you want to move slack workspace to RCNP mattermost.
