The NTP (Network time protocol) is used for set precise time for a PCs or other computers.
There are two NTP servers operated at RCNP.
Almost Windows PC is set default to refer NTP servers operated by Microsoft. You don't need to change this. Especially when you may take PC outside RCNP, you should not change it because NTP servers at RCNP cannot be accessed from outside RCNP.
Our NTP servers are very precise because they refer to GPS. In addition they keep precise time even when GPS cannot be received because their internal time source is also precise.
