RCNPでは新しいビデオ会議システムとして、クラウドベースのオンライン会議システム zoomのルームシステムを一台導入しました。
RCNPのzoom roomシステムには以下のような特長が有ります。

• 個人の参加者が個々の端末(PC, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android)から簡単に会議に接続できます。 その際、アカウント取得や事前の承認等の手続きは必要ありません。
• 会議の時間は無制限、最大参加者数は100です。
• Polycom等のH.323システムからも会議に接続できます(最大4地点)。zoom roomシステムから 従来のH.323システムへ接続しにいくことも可能です。 講義室等からの参加者と個人端末からの参加者が混在した会議を簡単に主催することができます。
• 個人の端末のプレゼンテーション画面などを簡単に共有することができます。

RCNP has introduced a new video conference system, which is a room system of the cloud-based online meeting platform zoom.
Our zoom room system has the following features.

• People can easily join the meeting from their own device (PC, Mac, Linux, iOS, Android). Meeting attendants do not have to have an account on zoom.
• Conventional H.323 system (Polycom, etc.) can be connected to the zoom meeting (max. 4 ports). We can also call out to H.323 systems from our zoom room. We can easily host a meeting with the participants from both personal devices and H.323 meeting rooms.
• PC screens, such as presentation materials, of the meeting attendants can be shared easily.

Booking and Usage

諸事情により、現在のところzoom roomシステムはRCNP Indico上の会議室・テレビ会議システムの 予約システムに載っていません。予約の方法、詳しい使い方は 内部向けページをご覧ください。 内部向けページの閲覧にはmihoのパスワードが必要です。

At this moment, the room room system is not included in the room booking system on the RCNP Indico. Please visit the internal webpage for booking and usage instructions. To see the page, user/pass on miho is required.
