HOTEL RESERVATION DEADLINE - 12 September 2018

The 2018 DNP/JPS Joint Meeting (Hawaii 2018) to be held at the Hilton Waikoloa on the Big

Island of Hawaii, 23-27 October, has a website at  https://www.phy.ornl.gov/hawaii2018/ .

From there can be found a link to Complete Conference Coordinators, Inc, registration and

hotel reservation website

https://app.certain.com/profile/2826631 https://app.certain.com/profile/2826631  .

The dates for the early registration deadline and the hotel reservation deadline are the

same.  The early registration fee for members is $325.  The early registration fee for students

and for unemployed members is $150.  The early registration fee for companions is $75.

The latter fee covers the welcome reception (Tuesday evening), coffee breaks, and the

companions program on Wednesday morning during the Plenary Session.  A ticket must

be purchased separately to attend the luau on Friday evening.

The cost for workshops on Tuesday is included in the registration fee.  However, we ask

that people register for the workshops they plan to attend, so that we can house the

workshops in rooms with appropriate seating capacity.  There are 20 half-day workshops,

10 in the morning and 10 in the afternoon.  Please choose one of each.
