Fluent Bit + PostgreSQL

Ubuntu MATE 22.04 LTS にインストール

PostgreSQL インストール

apt コマンドで PostgreSQL をインストール
```
 sudo apt install postgresql postgresql-contrib 
```

インストールされたか確認。なんか走っている？

$ sudo -u postgres psql
