Global trigger and Subsystems
Detector systems are prepared for each detector (TOF DC etc).
The subsystems send logic signals to the global trigger system in order to make trigger.
The global trigger system distributes trigger to all subsystem after trigger decision.
About TOF
TOF-L, 40 ch needs 4 of LR-3412.
TOF-R, 40 ch needs 4 of LR-3412.
4 of meant's and 4 of MPL's are needed.
Discri module LR-3412 has 16 analog inputs, 16 ECL outputs, and one sumout proportional to the number of hits.
Meant, mean timer (CAEN-C561) has 2 of 16 ECL inputs and 16 ECL output.
MPL module LR-4532 is a majority logic with clustering. OUTPUT of the MPL is analog signal corresponding to the number of clusters.
X16 and X8 in Figure are mistype of X8 and X4, respectively.
Sumout of the discri. Is used as FANOUT of 16 inputs after discrimination.
About Elemag and AC
The number of Discri.'s is enough for 256 elemag counters.
The number of Discri's for AC's is assumed less than 16 ch.
The ELEMAG and AC signals will be used veto of the trigger after beging discriminated and taken OR.
Discri. module has a sumout.
Trigger
The trigger is made by using signals for MPL (TOF-hits 1 or 2) and OR signal of ELEMAG and AC.
At the beginning of the experiment, all triggers will be made by using the informations from TOF, EM, and AC and prescaler.
The text like xx n is propagation delay of the module.
