The  RCNP OSAKA International Symposium on Nuclear Reaction Dynamics 
of Nucleon-Hadron Many Body System will be held in Osaka from December 
6 to 9,1995.  This is supported as an international symposium by the 
Ministry of Education, Science, Sports and Culture. The symposium covers 
current topics from Nucleon Spins & Mesons in Nuclei to Quark Lepton 
Nuclear Physics.  Thus it includes the field of hadron/nuclear physics 
from sub-GeV to multi-GeV energy region.   Recent activities and 
development at RCNP are also included.

   The symposium will consist of about twenty invited talks/lectures 
presented by leading physicists in the field and short oral presentations.
This symposium intended also to be a kind of winter schools for young
researchers/graduate students.


Subjects to be discussed will include:
        Nuclear Interaction in Nuclear Medium
        Medium Energy Nuclear Reactions and Structures
        Giant Resonances and Nuclear Spin-Isospin Responses
        Electromagnetic Probes for Hadron and Nuclear Structures
        Relativistic Many Body Theory
        Quark Nuclear Physics and Confinement
        Lepton Nuclear Physics and Symmetry

Call for Contributions:
   Participants are encouraged to submit their recent work for the oral
presentation at the symposium.  One-page photo ready abstracts should be sent
to secretariat not later than October 15, 1995.  From the contributions, oral
presentation will be selected.

Registration:
   If you plan to attend the symposium, you are requested to fill in the
Application Form for Registration and send it to the symposium secretariat by
November 15, 1995.
   The registration fee is 15,000 Yen, which includes the proceedings and the
banquet.  Young researchers and students are encouraged to participate the
symposium.  A limited fund is available for supporting students.


Proceedings:
   We plan to publish proceedings of the symposium.  In order to publish the
materials as early as possible, after the meeting, we would like to request
the speakers to bring papers at the time of the Symposium. 

Symposium site and accommodation:
   The symposium will be held at ICHOU-KAIKAN, ten minutes walk from RCNP, in
Suita campus of Osaka University.  A limited number of rooms will be available
at the lodging house of RCNP.  We also arrange accommodations at the Senri
Hankyuu Hotel.  

The final announcement:
   The final announcement will be distributed at the end of October.
