Allocation time

The allocated time for your talk includes 5 minutes for question/discussion.

Presentation of Talks

An LCD projector with handheld PC (OS : WindowsXP) will be the standard media for presentations. All speakers are recommended to prepare their presentation files (ppt, pdf, ps, jpeg) stored in a portable media (we accept USB memory, CD-R(W) and SD-card memory). All talks will be included in the US-Japan seminar web pages. All speakers are kindly asked to hand in their presentaion files (ppt, pdf, postscript, jpeg, etc.) immediately after their talks.

In the case of using your own PC for presentation, we appreciate if you come to the seminar room with your PC and check the connection during the break before your session.
