General things†
- Regular theory group meeting is held at 12:00 on Friday at the lecture room on the 4th floor.
- The meeting is held in Japanese.
- If you have no subject to discuss or report, you do not need to attend the meeting (but we always welcome your participation).
- When you publish a paper or attend a workshop, please report it very briefly at the meeting.
- If you hope to use the budget of the theory group, please ask the opinion of the members at the meeting; I recommend consulting staff member(s) before that.
- If you have something to discuss, please attend the meeting and mention so.
- Please read the minutes of the meeting that will be appear on the internal webpage by the next Monday after the meeting.
- If you have a question on the minutes, please feel free to ask me.
- After the regular meeting, we are planning to enjoy lunch together. Please join us!
- Informal seminar starts at 14:00 after lunch. You are requested to attend the seminar, as a member of the theory group.
Work assignment†
Party [Khemchandani]~†
- Please help Yamaguchi-kun who takes care of parties.
- Yamakami-san will take care of the activity list. So you do not need to do this work.
- As for the books, Shibata-kun will do the work. You are now free from the tasks on the books. Would you kindly send the book list you made to Shibata-kun?
Cleanup [Zhu+Hu]~†
- After the infprmal meeting, please order group members to clean their rooms.
- Please assign a couple of members who clean the coffee room (#607) and the discussion room (#605).
- Zhu-san takes care of this. Hu-san assists Zhu-san until he leaves here in the end of December.
Other things†
- We will take a group photo next Friday (Oct. 7) after the group meeting. I will visit your room at the moment.
- Please do not violate software lisences.
- We will soon make a rule on PC for common use. Kamano-san will announce it to you.
