Abstract Submission

Abstract submission via INDICO:
Abstract submission can be made via our INDICO system at Research Center for Nuclear Physics (RCNP), Osaka University.
Please follow the instructions below to complete your registration:

Access our INDICO page:
Please click the following URL:

(NOTE: This INDICO page may not work properly on tablet/smartphone devices.
Please use a web browser on your PC to access. We recommend using either Firefox or Safari.)
Then a pop-up window shows up in a new window/tab, and you will be requested to enter a Username and a Password that are indicated there.
Please fill them after removing any space appearing in between.
Now you can see the INDICO page for NSTAR2015.
- Abstract submission:
You can submit your abstract(s) via "Submit Abstract" on the left panel of the INDICO page.
There you will be asked to enter your own INDICO account and passowrd (that are NOT the ones given in the pop-up window).
If this is the first time for you to use the INDICO system at RCNP, Osaka University, you need to first create your own INDICO account. Please follow the instruction below, "3. Create your INDICO account".
After entering your INDICO account and password, you can fill in the abstract-submission form.
(You can change/modify your submitted abstract at any time through the INDICO system.)
- Provide "Title" and"Abstract content", etc. (Leave "Presentation type" be "--not specified--".)
- Click "Add primary author"
- If the primary author (presenter) is you, or a person who has the RCNP indico account, click "Search User". You can find your name and the RCNP indico user's name there.
- If not, click "Define New" and give her/his information.
- Choose appropriate track for your contribution
- Creating your INDICO account:
If this is the first time for you to use the INDICO system at RCNP, Osaka University, you need to create your own INDICO account before submitting your abstract(s) and/or making a conference registration.
At the bottom of the "Log in to Indico" page, you find the sentence "If you don't have an account, you can create one here."
Click the "here" link, and follow the instructions given there.
Once you are successful in creating your account, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the system.
To activate your INDICO account, you need to access the URL indicated in the confirmation e-mail.
(Note: It may take you some time to receive the confirmation e-mail.
If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail even 24 hours after creating your account, please contact us at nstar15_AT_rcnp.osaka-u.ac.jp.)
Please do not forget your INDICO account and password, because those are required when you modify your submitted abstract(s) and/or make a registration!!
