Timeline:

• September 30th, 2015 : Deadline for submitting manuscript
• October 31th, 2015 (approx.) : Reviewing process by the referees completed.
• No later than the end of March, 2016 : Published online.

Page limits:

Please follow the following page limits in preparing your manuscript, while they are no longer strict.

• Plenary and keynote talks : approx. 8 pages.
• Contributed parallel talks : approx. 4 pages.

Template for manuscript:

Please use the following templates to prepare your manuscript.

• LaTeX source file and class files [JPS-CP_template-TeX.zip]
• Microsoft Word [JPS-CP_template.doc]

How to submit your manuscript:

1. Please access to Login page for the submission of your manuscript.
2. For the first time you log in the page, create your account by clicking "register here" (in red) in the login page.
3. Submit your manuscript in PDF following the instruction there. (For preparation of your manuscript, use the template files that can be downloaded above.)
4. All papers will be reviewed by a referee, and you will be contacted by one of the editors. [Once your manuscript is accepted for publication, you will be asked to upload the final version of the original source file of your manuscript (TeX+EPS in a Zip file or Microsoft Word).]
